If you are like most adults in the United States without children, you dont get many reasons to head out to your local zoo or aquarium. Why not do it on a date? You can go and experience all that these venues have to offer, and not look like a lonely child predator while doing it.

The aquarium and zoo date is great because you always have plenty to talk about if the conversation lags. You have things to look at and new material being added every time you look at another display. The atmosphere is light and jovial, which means that things between you and your date should stay that way too.

The opportunity to learn and experience new things is something that shouldnt be passed up. When you go to these places you learn things if you are looking for them. Some aquariums even have a petting area where you can go in and interact with sea creatures you might never get to see in the wild. A walk through the aviary is a romantic thing, if you can avoid the birdie launched missiles.

If you are hungry on your date most zoos and aquariums have places to grab a bite to eat. It might not be classy, but it is fun and classic American fare. You can dine on French fries and burgers while discussing what youve learned or seen thus far.

A date that is fun and different is going to set you apart to your date in the great big world of past dates. If you dont want to be remembered as the one that took them to the average restaurant and the bad movie, then you need to make an effort to do something else. Having fun and learning something is a better atmosphere for getting to know someone than sitting in a dark room. Dont get me wrong, movie dates have their place, but it isnt in the beginning stages of getting to know someone.
