Women are saying horrible things about dating these days. They are feeling the pinch of what they are terming recession dating. Evidently men are expecting the women to go Dutch on dates more and more, which is great, if the woman feels like it and makes the offer, but for a man to ask a woman out on a date and not make an offer to pay for her meal, that is horrible. I think a few lessons in romanticized chivalry are in order.
When you pick her up at her house; walk up to her door to pick her up. Do not sit in the car and honk. She is not a window washer or a valet parking attendant, she doesnt serve you in any way shape or form, and you shouldnt treat her like she does. You use that horn to yell at people who cut you off in traffic, and it has the same connotation when used to summon people, it is just plain lazy and rude. So, go to her door and pick her up.
